Maruti S-Presso: Maruti Suzuki launched this new car in just 3 lakhs, will compete with Renault’s Kwid: The country’s largest car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki India on Monday launched its new entry-level car S-Preso priced at 3.69 lakh and 4.91 lakh. The mini-SUV will compete with Renault’s Kwid. The company said in a statement “S-Presso is for customers who wish to buy an entry-level car. The company said in a statement that the new model will help change the market sentiment”. The concept is designed and built on the 5th generation HEARTECT platform.
Maruti S-Presso Price, Specs and Faeture
This car, first launched in India, will later be made available in markets like Colombo, Manila, Cape Town and Panama. The S-presso is powered by a BS6 compliant 1-liter petrol engine. With this car, the total number of BS6 cars in the company’s portfolio has now increased to eight. The vehicle will come in both manual and AGS (auto gear shift) options. The country’s largest car company Maruti Suzuki has announced another cut in the price of its cars. Maruti Suzuki today announced a steep reduction in the prices of its popular Baleno RS model. Maruti Suzuki says that this car has now become 1 lakh cheaper. The carmaker said in a BSE filing “It is to inform that Maruti Suzuki India Limited announced a price reduction of select models on 25 September 2019.
The company has also reduced the ex-showroom price of its model, meaning the Baleno RS has become cheaper by 100,000. Earlier on Wednesday, India’s largest automaker had reduced prices of anti-level cars and diesel variants of all products by 5,000.
