Corona Lockdown: Delhi Police Shifted 300 People Stuck In Majnu Ka Tila Gurdwara Since March 28
Since March 28, about 300 people stranded at North Delhi’s Majnu-ka-Tila gurdwara due to a coronavirus lockdown are being shifted to a quarantine in a school in Nehru Vihar. These people were living here for the last few days. In view of the incident of Markaj, the Gurdwara Committee gave this information to the Delhi government. The Gurdwara Majnu ka Tila has been sealed. The Delhi government has converted its schools into temporary night shelters to prevent migration of people during lockdown.
According to the information, in the market of Nizamuddin’s Tabligi Jamaat, there has been a stir among the corona infected patients. The other 24 people who participated in the Tablighi Jamaat event in Nizamuddin have also been found to be infected with Corona viria.
Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said on Wednesday that the Markaz of Tabligi Jamaat in Nizamuddin has been completely evacuated. In about 36 hours, 2,361 people have been evacuated from there. Manish Sisodia tweeted that out of 2,361 people expelled from Nizamuddin Markaz, 617 are hospitalized and the rest are kept isolated.
He tweeted, “Medical staff, administration, police, DTC staff all worked together in this 36-hour operation, putting their lives at risk. Hats off to all of them.
Number of cases of Kovid-19 in Delhi increased to 120
The number of infected persons increased to 120 on Tuesday after 23 new cases of corona virus were reported in Delhi in the last twenty four hours. The health department gave this information. In these 120 cases, 24 are those who attended a religious gathering in Nizamuddin West.

According to Delhi’s Health Department, at least five people have been discharged from the hospital, two have died and one has been out of the country. As of Monday night, 97 cases of Kovid-19 had been reported.
According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, there have been 240 new cases of Corona virus infection in the country in the last 12 hours. After this, the total number of corona virus positive cases in India has now increased to 1637. Of this 1466 people are still infected, while 133 people have been discharged after recovering and 38 deaths are involved.
