There is a relief news for Delhiites in the lockdown implemented to prevent corona virus infection. Azadpur mandi will be open 24 hours from tomorrow ie Tuesday. From 6 am to 10 pm, vegetables and fruits will be sold, while movement of trucks will be allowed in the market from 10 am to 6 am. 1000 people will be allowed to enter Mandi every 4 hours.
After this decision of the administration, now traders will be able to buy and sell vegetables and fruits from April 21. Earlier, a businessman was banned from ordering more than one truck in one day.
However, during the functioning of Azadpur Mandi, the work of social distancing and sanitizing the commuters will continue to prevent infection of the corona virus. It has been fully arranged.
Tokens will be available for sale and purchase
Azadpur Mandi, which is called Asia’s largest fruit-vegetable market, will be in business for 24 hours from April 21. 1000 tokens will be distributed in the morning in the mandi. With these tokens, it will be allowed to go to the mandi. After four hours, again one thousand tokens will be given to other traders. Similarly, after every three hours, one thousand tokens will be given, while the traders who have finished their work will continue to deposit their tokens, which will be given to other traders later.
