Article 35A and 370: MP of Mehbooba’s party torn to pieces of hir Shirt in the Rajya Sabha, sitting on the ground to give a Strike: Home Minister Amit Shah introduced a resolution in the Rajya Sabha stating that not all the clauses of Article 370 of the Constitution will apply in Jammu and Kashmir. Shah introduced the Jammu and Kashmir State Reorganization Bill 2019 in the Rajya Sabha.

One of these members also torn their knees on which the chairman expressed deep displeasure. PDP members had black bars on their sleeves. Ghulam Nabi Azad
After the Home Minister introduced the resolution in the House, Leader of the Opposition Ghulam Nabi Azad said that he opposes the resolution to remove Article 370 of the Constitution in the state of Jammu and Kashmir and divide the state into two Union Territories. He also said that his party respects the constitution of the country, vows to protect it and strongly condemns the tearing down of copies of the constitution.
Home Minister said
In the House, the Home Minister said, “Not all clauses of Article 370 will come into force after the President’s approval.” In the Rajya Sabha, most opposition parties, including the Congress, created a ruckus opposing the bill and sat on a sit-in in front of the seat.During the uproar, two members of the PDP were evicted from the House by the marshals on the orders of Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu.
Mehbooba Mufti Statement on Remove article 370
Meanwhile, Mehbooba Mufti said that the action taken on Article 370 will bring disastrous consequences for the subcontinent, they want to take control of the region by terrorizing the people of Jammu and Kashmir. She also said that today is the holy day of Indian democracy.
