Zomato food delivery staff Mousin Akhtar said, ‘Recently some Muslim restaurants have been added to the online food delivery app. But we have some Hindu delivery boys who refuse to deliver beef and pork. It has also been heard that in a few days we will also have to deliver beef and pork, but we will not deliver it.
He said that he also has problems related to salary and does not get medical facilities. This is affecting the spirit of brotherhood between Hindus and Muslims in the company. They allege that the company knows everything, but by not helping us, the company is making false allegations against us.

This is not the first time the company has been involved in such a controversy. A few days ago Amit Shukla, a resident of Jabalpur, canceled the order due to the religion of Zomato’s delivery boy. After this, a case was registered by Jabalpur against him.
The police had issued notice to Amit Shukla to issue a written affidavit stating that he would not spread religious hatred in future. Actually, Amit asked for food from Zomato. When he saw that the person who delivered the food was a Muslim, he asked Zomato to send a separate delivery boy.
Shukla tweeted, ‘I just canceled an order from Zomato. They sent my food to a non-Hindu person and said that they can neither change it nor return the money on cancellation of the order. I said that you cannot force me to take food. I don’t want the money back, just cancel the order. ‘
