MODI GOVERNMENT WILL HAVE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR EVERY ACTIVITY, KNOW HOW
New Delhi: The Modi government at the center is very conscious about the security system of the country. The government is working on a major plan to make the country’s security system chalk-proof. In which the government will have information about the activities of every person in the country. For example, how many times you come and go abroad, how many times you transact in a bank account, how much tax you collect, how many times you fly in a plane, how many times you travel by train, every such information related to you But the government will have it. The government will achieve this through the National Intelligence Grid (NetGrid). It is a robust intelligence system gathering information about every citizen of the country. MODI GOVERNMENT WILL HAVE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR EVERY ACTIVITY, KNOW HOW
Officials said that Netgrid was envisaged after the 26 November 2008 terror attack in Mumbai. Its purpose is to find out any suspected terrorists and stop terrorist attacks at the right time. The Rs 3,400-crore project has gained momentum after it was recently reviewed by Union Home Minister Amit Shah. NetGrid will collect data related to every person traveling in the country, banking and financial transactions, credit card purchases, telephone holders, tax payers, people traveling by plane and train as well as other intelligence.
Initially, 10 user agencies and 21 service provider agencies will be linked with it. Gradually one thousand organizations will also be associated with it. Initially Intelligence Bureau (IB), Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Enforcement Directorate (ED), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) , User agencies like Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC), Directorate General of Central Excise and Intelligence (DGCEI) and Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Programmed it to be added. Let me tell you that when the UPA government brought this plan, the BJP sitting in opposition strongly opposed it.
