SP Parish Deshmukh said that in view of the seriousness of the Akbar alias Rakbar case, the government has appointed Advocate Ashok Kumar Sharma for lobbying.

SIT afresh

The acquittal of the accused in the Aspect Khan case was a matter of discussion all over the country. Although the government is getting the matter investigated by the SIT afresh, the court now has a solid defense of the case and there is no shortage, all arrangements are being made for it. Police believe that the case is very sensitive and it is being tried in a daily routine.

Significantly, the Akbar alias Rakbar Mob Leaching Case was very much discussed. The case was carried out by the police in the case officer scheme. The station in-charge of Ramgarh has also been made a case officer. At present, the prosecution is looking at and advocating additional public prosecutor Yogendra Singh Khatana on behalf of the prosecution.

So far, statements of 48 prosecution witnesses and 2 defense witnesses recorded
Hearing is going on in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge No. 1 in the case of Akbar alias Rakbar Mob lynching. So far, the statements of 48 prosecution witnesses have been recorded. The statements of two witnesses have been recorded by the defense on Tuesday.

Additional Public Prosecutor Yogendra Singh Khatana said that the prosecution has recorded statements of 48 witnesses including Research Officer Sub Inspector Subhash Chand Sharma and Additional Superintendent of Police Veer Singh as the last two prosecution witnesses. The defense has recorded the statements of two witnesses. The final debate is due soon and the court will give its verdict after that. In this case, a challan was presented on behalf of the police against Dharmendra Yadav, Paramjit Singh and Naresh Kumar, resident of Lalavandi, Ramgarh.

Charge sheet has been issued in judicial investigation

There has also been a judicial inquiry into the death of Rakbar alias Akbar in police custody in Ramgarh. Superintendent of Police, Prem Deshmukh, says that charge sheets have been issued to whichever convicted policemen. There is a judicial inquiry into the matter, so we will not be able to say much.

The fourth accused of rape mab lynching arrested from Jaipur

Another absconding accused Vijay son Ramesh Chand Sharma (25) has been arrested by the police in the Rakbar alias Akbar mob lynching case of Haryana carrying cow dynasty in Lalavandi village. Thirteen months after the incident, five police teams were picked up from Jaipur on Wednesday night. Three accused Dharmendra son Kailash Yadav, Paramjeet Singh son Banshi and Naresh son Dulichand resident Llavandi have already been arrested in the case.

According to sources, the arrest was made due to increased pressure on the police after the decision in the Pehlu Khan case. It is worth mentioning that on the night of 20 July 2018, Rakbar and his partner Dae Gowansh were going to their village Kellgaon Haryana from the forest of Lalavandi village. Calling him a Gotaskar, someone informed the acting in-charge of Ramgarh police station Mohan Singh at 12:41 pm. When he reached the spot, two young men named Dharmendra and Paramjeet were standing with Dae Gaon.

Rakbar carrying cows

Rakbar carrying cows was lying in mud. Policemen rushed him to Ramgarh CHC in his vehicle. Where in charge Dr. Hasan Ali left him dead. The next morning, the police briefed the incident. Rakbar’s death was reported to have been beaten and Dharmendra and Paramjeet Singh were arrested on charges of this. While Vijay Sharma and one other were declared absconders.

The very next day of the incident, Bhaskar questioned the theory of police and the timeline of the incident. This matter caught fire. On July 23, the distinguished Director General of Police (Law and Order) NRK Reddy reached Ramgarh. He suspended ASI Mahan Singh as a master of negligence. Three constables Vijay Singh, Surendra Singh and driver Harendra were also introduced.

Three days later, Gulabchand Kataria, the then minister of the state home department, also visited the spot. He spoke of Rakbar’s death during police custody. A judicial inquiry was ordered into the case. The investigation is still going on.
