In this case, the court has reprimanded CM Yogi Adityanath for the flexibility and irresponsible attitude of the UP government. The court said that, can anyone build a temple or collect donations in UP? Till now why there is no law on the temple in the state, while the central government has made a law in this matter as well as it is applicable in many states.
The Supreme Court has asked the UP government, asking why there is no law made by the Center in your state. The court has sought a reply from the Yogi government in 6 weeks whether they are making laws or not?
