Even after the stipulated period, the money was not returned from the company and the directors have left the city and fled.

Investors are being threatened by the people of the company seeking refund. The company has several branches across the country. Of these, rupees deposited by people in 22 branches have been recovered. On the application of Mahesh against the other accused accused including Manoj Yadav, Jai Krishna Rana, MC Sharma, Anup Singh, Dinesh Singh, Raju Aggarwal, Kuldeep Singh, KL Pandey, Dushyant Kumar, Rita Singh and Mukesh Kumar, Director of PCF Plaza office The Cantt police has started investigating the case.
