Miss Universe 2019 Winner: Zozibini Tunzi of South Africa won the title of Miss Universe 2019: South Africa’s Zozibini Toonji (Zozibini Tunzi) has won the title of Miss Universe of the year 2019. Zozibini Tunzi has won these titles after defeating 90 beauties of the world. At the 68th Miss Universe event held in Atlanta, USA on Sunday, 90 beauties competed, with South Africa’s Zozibini Tunzi defeating everyone to crown the world beauty.
There were 20 beauties with Zozibini Tunzi who reached the semifile which also included Vartika Singh of India. However, Vartika could not make it to the top 10 and dropped out of the competition. Beauty in Colombia, France, Iceland, Indonesia, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, South Africa, Thailand and the United States made it to the top 10.
After this, the 2018 Miss Universe Catriona Gray Philippines announced the names of winners and runners-up. Sofia Aragon of Mexico was ranked third, second-ranked Puerto Rico’s Madison Anderson and South Africa’s Zozibini Tunzi were all defeated and selected as World Sundry 2019.
At the start of the event, the contestants walked in the traditional attire representing their country. India’s Vartika Singh won the hearts of all in a desi avatar.
