ooVivo iQoo Pro launched in 4G and 5G variants, know what is its specialty: Vivo has become the latest smartphone manufacturer to launch 5G smartphone. The company introduced the new iQoo Pro 5G variant at a press event in China on Thursday.
Vivo iQoo Pro will also be introduced in 4G variants. It has a 6.41-inch display with Waterdrop-style notch, Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC, and a 4,500mAh battery.
Vivo iQoo Pro Price in India
According to Vivo, the base version will start at CNY 3,198 (approx. Rs. 32,300) with the Pro 4G variant 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage. The 12GB + 128GB variant is priced at CNY 3,498 (about Rs. 35,300). The base variant with Vivo iQoo Pro 5G Edition 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage will start at CNY 3,798 (about Rs 38,400).
8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 128GB
The phone’s 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 128GB variants will be priced at CNY 3,998 (about Rs 40,400) and CNY 4,098 (about Rs 41,400). Vivo will offer smartphones in three colors. The 4G version of iQoo Pro will come on the market from August 29, while the 5G will be available from September 2. Right now these phones are not available anywhere other than China.
The Dual-SIM (Nano) Vivo IQoo Pro 5G Edition supports 5G connectivity in one slot and 4G LTE in the other, while the 4G variant comes with 4G connectivity support in both slots. Apart from the connectivity differences, other specifications of the 5G version are similar to the 4G model.
In-display fingerprint sensor
The phone runs on the Android 9 Pie-based FunTOS 9, and has a 6.41-inch full-HD + (1080 × 2340 pixels) Super AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint sensor. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC, paired with up to 12GB of RAM. Additionally, the company has given a 4,500mAh battery with support for 44W fast charge.
